Heirlooms is a firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As such, we are required to have a formal Complaints Handling Procedure in place.

In the first instance, please speak to us about your complaint so that we may be given opportunity to remedy it in person. If the complaint cannot be resolved in this way, we are happy to provide you with a copy of our full Complaints Handling Procedure which includes details of an independent redress provider approved by the RICS Regulatory Board.
