A late Victorian diamond chandelier pendant, circa 1890’s
This stunning antique diamond pendant is set with 32 old, round-cut diamonds forming a symmetrical design in an early Art Nouveau style. The centre of the pendant is set with a diamond flowerhead cluster. There are three diamond drops to the bottom which each move independently of each other allowing them to really sparkle when they move as it’s worn.
The pendant is set in silver backed in yellow gold with a hidden pendant bale in order to suspend a chain (chain not included).
Though the piece is unmarked, we believe this piece dates to the late 19th century and was probably made at the start of the Art Nouveau period.
