Edwardian gold and red guilloche enamel locket
This unusual locket is circular and made for an unmarked yellow gold testing as 9ct. The front is partially enamelled in red with a quatrefoil with a vacant shield perfect for engraving initials. The reverse of the locket is plain gold and numbered 11852. The locket opens by the push of a button at the top and reveals a compartment for a photograph or precious momento. There is a hinged ring at the top to suspend from a chain.
