Refund Policy
BUYING IN THE SHOP
If you think you have made the wrong choice, we are happy to exchange any unworn or unused item of new jewellery, silver or watches within 7 days, providing the original packaging is present and the original receipt can be presented at the time of exchange.
Items that have been personalised, for example by engraving or by alteration to links or ring sizing in anyway, are not eligible for exchange.
Antique, vintage or second hand items purchased may not be returned for exchange or refund unless they are shown to be faulty.
Watch straps, batteries and associated findings may not be returned for exchange or refund, unless they are shown to be faulty.
BUYING ONLINE
We understand that buying without seeing something can be difficult. We will try to provide as much information about an item as possible, including additional images, videos and measurements to help you make an informed decision.
If however, you think you have made the wrong choice, we are happy to exchange or refund in full any item, providing it is unworn or unused and in the original presentation packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know your intention to return the item. We ask that the item is returned to us using an insured recorded delivery service (E.G: Royal Mail Special delivery) at your expense within 48 hours of your initial contact with us. On receipt, we will refund you the total amount originally paid to us using the same method as the original payment within 48 hours.
Items returned to us that are damaged or altered in anyway will not be eligible for a refund.
If any items purchased through the shop or online are shown to be faulty within 30 days of the purchase, a full refund may be given on presentation of the original receipt, under legislation provided in the Consumer Rights Act, October 2015.
