Over the past 30 years, Heirlooms has established itself as one of the premier antique jewellery specialists in the South West.

We’re looking for a pro-active Sales Assistant to join our small friendly team as a permanent key member of staff who can contribute to the future development of our successful business.

You will need an interest in jewellery and fashion with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn. Experience in retail is desirable but not essential. Because of the daily contact with customers, you are required to be sociable and patient, friendly with a good sense of humour, and with an attention to detail to maintain our high standards. Basic computer skills are required for admin tasks.

The role will include:

  • Serving customers
  • Booking in repairs
  • Practical duties inc general housekeeping, display of jewellery
  • Photography & website work
  • Replacing watch batteries (full training will be given)

Hours: Tues-Fri 1pm-5pm (16 hours per week) – there will be an opportunity to extend hours.

Salary is negotiable for the right person.
